Who We Are

Fluker Surveying Ltd specialises in providing land development planning, surveying and engineering services. As surveyors with more than 30 years experience in the greater Auckland areas, we can provide cost effective, accurate and reliable services to individuals and developers. At Fluker Surveying Ltd we have a team who know and understand the local terrain, and council regulations. We also have a clear understanding of the requirements and constraints of our clients. Fluker Surveying Ltd has evolved since 1991, when Stuart Fluker started in Orewa as a sole practitioner. Since then we have incorporated resource management, and planning and engineering expertise so we can offer clients a full range of land development advice. We also work in association with other professionals to provide clients with specialist skills that are not available within Fluker Surveying Ltd.
